  • Day 5: Falling off the Bandwagon

    As per usual, I do really well all week, and then weekend comes and there goes the diet plan. It's the boyfriend's fault! That said, this was not nearly as bad as a usual weekend day.

    [ ] No more than 1,500 calories (1,700) 4/6
    [ ] Exercise 3/6 (I planned to but then I got a freakin migraine!
    [ ] Run outside 2/3
    [x] Log calories
    [x] Only eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full
